Yodel faced with strike action over “miserly” pay offer

DHL Supply Chain said it was “disappointed” that a trade union was talking up the prospect of its drivers striking over pay when scheduled negotiations were still due to take place.

Hoyer drivers have put their employer on notice of 14 days of strike action after the company refused to back down on plans to make six drivers redundant at the Stanlow oil refinery.

Unite has ruled out any further strike action at UPS’s London depot for the remainder of the year.
