Approval finally granted for Yearsley Logistics’ new Peterborough cold store

West Berkshire Council has granted outline planning permission on behalf of Walker Logistics for a 125,000sq ft warehouse on greefield land just south of Membury Service Station, between junctions 14 and 15 of the M4.

Kinaxia’s acquisition of AKW Group and Fresh Freight helped deliver a 48% rise in revenues in 2019, but the group’s continuing acquisition drive and IT investments contributed to a loss of £1.8m in the period.
