Menzies Distribution wins new deal with Komatsu Forest

Menzies Distribution has been sold, for an undisclosed sum, to private equity firm Endless.

Menzies Distribution has entered into an agreement with British Airways (BA) to deliver more than 530,000 newspapers and magazines a week to the airline’s flight gates and first and club lounges.

Menzies Distribution is looking increasingly towards the parcels market as it looks to diversify the business to offset falling revenues from its core newspaper distribution business.
